I THINK I

“I THINK I” is the title to a song that I recently wrote. The song is a little jazzy, which reminds me of my father: An amazing jazz guitarist and singer who could croon his way into any arena with his voice and charisma.

Though I didn’t write the song for or about my father, it pretty much could sum up how I would have felt if he would have let me in.”

Just chillin

Our two babies. One’s full of girly drama, the other is a typical Arab, jealous and protective over his mom.

THE BIRTHING ROOM

The egg or the chicken:

I’m often asked what comes first, the music or the words. Most of the time my songs start with a thought or a phrase, which then incubates into its own life form, AKA a song .
I am incredibly blessed and sometimes otherwise with a very sensitive psyche and I feel much of what goes on around me. I am grateful for this gift as it leaves no subject off limits, so if you need it, I can provide AND with substance. Chances are, I’ve even been through it 😉
